Cherry Pepper Pasta (5 Servings)
15 minute prep + cook time
Ingredients:
1 lb pasta
1 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic diced
1/4 cup cherry peppers diced
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fill pot with water and bring to a boil. Add salt and pasta. Meanwhile, cover the bottom of a different pot with olive oil and add the garlic. Cook until sizzling then add the cherry peppers, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and pour into the oil sauce pot. Mix thoroughly and serve hot! I topped mine with cheese but it's also good without it!
