I've decided to change my language from "I have to" to "I get to." I'm so fortunate to be able to live the life I do even with all of it's ups and downs. Most of the tasks on my daily to-do list are actually blessings in disguise and once I complete them, I feel so nourished and fulfilled. What language changes can you make to bring positivity to your life?



Recipe of the Day : Quinoa Tomato Cucumber Salad (4 servings)

25 minutes prep and cook time


2 cups quinoa cooked

1 tomato diced

1/2 cucumber diced

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 tbsp feta cheese

1 tsp dill


Mix everything together and serve cold. Enjoy!
